Amaryllis Gervase 30/32
The Amaryllis Gervase has large, trumpet-shaped flowers with a mix of lilac-pink and dark pink lines on a light background. From the bulb, large flower stems bloom with multiple flowers per stem. This amaryllis has a striking and colorful appearance, making it a real eye-catcher; both indoors in a pot, but also as a cut flower in festive flower arrangements, especially during the winter months. Because these flowers bloom in the winter, they are also perfect as a Christmas gift.
Amaryllis, also known as Hippeastrum, are elegant and long-lasting flowers that are easy to grow and care for. Plant the amaryllis bulb in a well-draining potting soil mix, leaving the top of the bulb exposed. Use a pot with a hole in the bottom for drainage. Then place it in a bright spot at room temperature. Water the bulb sparingly until a green bud appears. Once this appears, the bulb needs more water. It takes about six to eight weeks for Amaryllis Gervase to bloom.
