Amaryllis Amadeus Candy is an impressive double-flowered amaryllis with romantic colours. The full, large flowers of this amaryllis are white with pink at the ends of the petals and the heart of the flower is green. Due to the strong stem, the amaryllis is very suitable as a cut flower. Amaryllis, also known as Hippeastrum, are elegant and long-lasting flowers that are easy to grow and care for. Plant the amaryllis bulb in a well-draining potting soil mix, leaving the top of the bulb exposed. Use a pot with a hole in the bottom for drainage. Then place it in a bright spot at room temperature. Water the bulb sparingly until a green bud appears. Once this appears, the bulb needs more water.
